It is intended for use by a wide range of stakeholders, including non-teaching staff in adult education, local community groups, practitioners, and others involved in outreach or learner support.

The toolkit is available as an interactive online resource on this page and as a downloadable PDF.

  • Strategies for effective intercultural communication and inclusive marketing, covering both traditional and digital media
  • A guide for community leaders outlining ways to support adult education initiatives, host events, and encourage referrals
  • “Step-by-step Guides” for planning and delivering pop-up outreach events
