The overall objective of the Learning for All project is to enhance access to learning opportunities for adults, particularly focusing on vulnerable groups like migrants, refugees, and the low-skilled. It aims to address the barriers within adult education systems, including cultural, policy, and practice-related challenges.
The Learning for All project recognises the importance of involving more adults in educational opportunities. This initiative aligns with the European Commission's target of ensuring at least 50% of Europeans aged 25-64 are engaged in learning activities by 2025. The underpinning principle is that everyone deserves the chance to gain new knowledge and skills, which are crucial for securing job opportunities and maintaining an active, independent role in society.
This tool will help decision-makers in adult education centres objectively assess their current levels of access and inclusion. It provides a dynamic method to evaluate and develop a customised action strategy for their organisation.
The Toolkit will improve the quality and effectiveness of outreach so that more non-native or socially disadvantaged adults are interested and confident about participating in learning. As well as assisting organisations to reach more potential adult learners the new outreach activities will help bridge the linguistic and cultural gaps to actively enthuse and recruit new learners.
Our Online course will be in a modular format, enabling learners to create their own learning path.
The Content library will feature key materials, especially experiences, success stories and quick access materials will be easy to find.
Our Collaborative community will host chats, boards & workspaces to enable multiway, multilingual messaging for knowledge sharing, collaboration and/or mentoring.
